"What’s up? Mangrove Conservation @ Lantau" Exhibition

2024.01.05 - 2024.04.30

To enhance public awareness of conservation, the Sustainable Lantau Office and The Conservancy Association are jointly organising the "What's up? Mangrove Conservation @ Lantau" exhibition. The exhibition aims to provide citizens with a deeper understanding on the mangrove ecosystem on Lantau and its ecological significance, as well as the contribution of the Lantau Conservation Fund to mangrove conservation.

The exhibition focuses on mangroves and displays biological specimens of animals and plants found in mangroves, a detailed mangrove ecosystem diorama model and various handcrafts made out of resources from mangroves, etc.

A series of themed E-stickers are available as souvenirs, along with four DIY workshops that utilize the resources of mangroves and marine litter. For more details, please click here. Both the exhibition and workshops are free; the public is welcome to visit and participate.
