CEDD Awarded the Consultancy Agreement for Private Housing Development in Ma Wan South – Feasibility Study

The Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD) signed a consultancy agreement of about HK$16.8 million on 17 March 2022 with AECOM Asia Company Limited for the feasibility study of a private housing development in Ma Wan South.
The consultancy agreement mainly comprises a feasibility study on the associated technical and engineering assessments including, inter-alia, traffic and transport impact assessment and environmental impact assessment, etc. on a potential site for private housing development in Ma Wan South.
The study commenced on 17 March 2022 for completion in 24 months.
