“Mui Wo Imagine”

The Sustainable Lantau Office under the Civil and Engineering Department commissioned Groundwork Architects with collaboration with 2 Square Metres to launch "Mui Wo Imagine Project" in 2022. We have been conducting a series of local experiments to explore the possibilities for further enhancement of Mui Wo Township. The project seeks to ignite our imaginative faculties in relation to Mui Wo, encourage community members to participate in the co-creation process actively, and test different ideas through local experiments. We hope this project will help formulate community-friendly local improvement proposals for creating a more vibrant and sustainable Mui Wo community.
The local experiments will be held in Mui Wo in September. During the period, a series of activities related to Mui Wo culture, ecology, etc. will be organized. Everyone is welcome to join.
