“Connecting Shui Hau” Coastal Protection Programme 2022/23 – Community Engagement Workshops

The Sustainable Lantau Office, in collaboration with the World Wide Fund for Nature Hong Kong, organised a series of "Connecting Shui Hau" Community Engagement Workshops from October 2022 to January 2023 to collect stakeholders' opinions on topics such as environmental management, biodiversity and village culture of Shui Hau. Some of the discussion results were turned into a mural at the main entrance of Shui Hau Village to gather more villagers and public to care for the unique ecology in Shui Hau, with a view to raising their awareness of conservation in Shui Hau.
